You are comfortable navigating the startup ecosystem and have a keen understanding of the dynamics involved in early-stage product development.

Desirable

Experience with the Claude Developer Platform or similar AI systems is a plus. Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies will enhance your ability to support clients effectively. You are also open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can benefit your clients and your team.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect on the Startups Applied AI team, you will partner with Account Executives to deeply understand the requirements of startups. Your role involves guiding clients through the technical discovery process, helping them to evaluate and implement AI solutions that align with their business goals. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support of AI systems.

You will leverage your expertise to help founders understand the capabilities of Claude, assisting them in developing evaluations and designing architectures that maximize the potential of AI technologies. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical workshops, providing hands-on support during the implementation phase, and ensuring that clients are equipped to utilize AI effectively in their operations.

You will also collaborate with the broader Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to refine the offerings and improve the overall client experience. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of the Claude Developer Platform as you gather feedback from clients and share it with internal teams.
