Job Description

Do you enjoy breaking down and solving complex problems for the benefit of a quickly expanding customer base, focusing first on our customer and working backwards? If so, we are seeking an exceptional Product Manager who will be part of IN AMXL team with the charter to grow and scale IN AMXL Business operations by continually evolving the program and building innovative products and services capabilities supporting IN AMXL current and future initiatives from First mile to Last mile network. They will work in close partnership with the IN and WW Tech teams to launch various short-term and long-term capabilities, contributing to our vision of sustainable growth, reliability and best-in-class H&B customer experience in India.
A successful candidate will excel in written and verbal communication, be fluent in dealing with and articulating trends and analysis of quantitative and qualitative methods, comfortable analyzing and prioritizing strategic trade-offs, experienced with product/program strategy and strong in stakeholder management. They will be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, have experience in international markets, drawn to thinking big and the prospect of evolving the program into new use cases, and will be able to roll-up their sleeves to dive deep into the data as well as to effectively partner with multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams.


Key job responsibilities
• This Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end roadmap for AMXL Product and Tech strategy and execution.
• Gather requirements from ops across miles and work along with various Tech teams (ROW Tech, CATEX, NL product, FaaST etc.) on BRDs, PRFAQ etc. towards the solutions.
• Work with key stake holders across various functions to define and launch a product.
Manage Product-Operations integration and drive change management for launching the products.
• Launch and expand the product as per Amazon’s requirements while being responsible for all customer and merchant satisfaction, performance, compliance and related metrics.
• Use customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics to make informed decisions.
• Exhibit product expertise that connects, understands, and leverages company-wide assets
• Ability to identify new opportunities and finalize OP roadmap
• Writes high-bar documents and has excellent verbal communication skills.

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
