Job Description

Are you ready to shape the future of enterprise AI and redefine how customers experience the next generation of Alexa? Are you excited about the opportunity to work with iconic brands and innovative companies to serve millions of customers through Alexa+? We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to collaborate with our world-class enterprise customers, helping them leverage both voice technology and Generative AI capabilities to transform their customer experience, drive revenue and reduce costs.

You will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that help our B2B2C customers embrace Alexa+’s ever-expanding capabilities, and partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing, PR and Business Development to create a cohesive customer experience. This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise, business acumen, and relationship management skills.

Key job responsibilities
Lead product positioning, messaging and narrative development to effectively communicate value across industries, channels and personas

Build and execute high-impact marketing campaigns and content (presentations, whitepapers, webinars, customer success stories, blog, emails, product videos) that supports the full enterprise buying journey

Develop and maintain sales and channel enablement content to accelerate pipeline growth and increase sales productivity

Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features across a B2B2C audience in collaboration with Product, Design, Marketing, PR, and Business Development stakeholders across the organization

Define lifecycle marketing campaigns to support end-user adoption and engagement across their full customer journey

Conduct research to deepen understanding of our target personas and industries to continuously refine our narratives, marketing strategies and inform product roadmap

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Comfortable with ambiguity - able to establish strategic direction and execute effectively in a global, matrixed organization
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful enterprise and consumer marketing programs
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority- Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to articulate value to technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated sound business judgment and the ability to think strategically about a quickly growing business alongside the interest and ability to dive into tactical details
- Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset; actively and intuitively seeks ways to improve business outcomes

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
