Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Customer Acquisition to drive sales of EDC machines and build strong relationships with merchants. This role requires strong networking capabilities and leadership skills.
You have a proven track record in sales and team leadership, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve ambitious goals. Your strong networking capabilities enable you to build and maintain relationships with merchants, ensuring their needs are met and their queries resolved effectively. You possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to address merchant queries and concerns promptly. Your experience in driving sales initiatives, particularly in the context of EDC machines, equips you with the knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and engagement within your merchant base. You are committed to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance team performance and drive results.
Experience in the financial services or mobile payments industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with sales metrics and performance reporting. You are open to feedback and actively seek to resolve any issues or conflicts within your team, promoting a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
