What you'll do

In this role, you will take a leading position in Dandy's most important projects, focusing on building a best-in-class machine learning-driven dental design engine. You will analyze complex business problems and develop structured hypotheses to guide problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve tooling and operations within the workforce. You will collaborate closely with the Design Incubation team, supporting high-priority projects that aim to enhance the operational backbone for hypergrowth.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating project outcomes and making data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where your ability to adapt and prioritize will be key to your success.
