Your technical expertise allows you to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights for product development. Your experience includes leading technical sales strategies and closing high-stakes opportunities with Fortune 100 clients. You are comfortable presenting to executive-level audiences and can articulate the business impact of technical solutions. In this role, you will partner with various teams including Sales, Product/Engineering, and Customer Success to articulate Datadog's value proposition to customers. You will lead the technical strategy for both short-term and long-cycle pursuits, ensuring that you drive the end-to-end technical sales agenda. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations and technical evaluations, as well as maintaining accurate records in the CRM regarding customer feedback. You will proactively engage with customers to gather insights on product performance and competitive landscape, providing valuable feedback to the product team. You will also present at executive and technical forums, leading workshops that translate technical details into business impacts for CIOs and engineering leadership. Your role will be crucial in qualifying and closing opportunities, ensuring that Datadog meets the needs of its key accounts.
