In this critical role, you will co-design and lead the execution of the Artificial Intelligence Operations strategy in partnership with the Senior Engineering Operations Director. You will analyze and amplify customer needs through deep engineering engagements, ensuring that the solutions provided meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal Operations teams, the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, and program teams to drive the vision for AI operations. You will also seek input from customer stakeholders and external partners to ensure that the strategy aligns with their expectations and requirements.
You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of growth and empowerment within the team, encouraging innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to navigate complex challenges and drive collaboration across various teams will be essential in achieving the goals set forth in the AI Operations strategy. You will also be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the strategy and making adjustments as necessary to ensure its success.
