What you'll do

As a Senior Recruiter at ZayZoon, you will lead the full cycle recruitment process, from the initial kickoff meeting to candidate acceptance. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals. Your role will involve sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will also be responsible for optimizing recruitment processes, utilizing data to track metrics and improve efficiency. Your insights will help shape the recruitment strategy and contribute to ZayZoon's growth. You will collaborate with the HR team to ensure that the onboarding process is seamless and that new hires feel welcomed and supported from day one.
