You are an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of AI products and their market dynamics. You excel in building relationships and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Your ability to communicate the value proposition of complex cloud solutions sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive success. You are adept at managing a sales pipeline and have experience in strategic transaction management. Your expertise allows you to effectively address customer pain points and objections, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on meeting and exceeding your quota. You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, moving strategic transactions through the sales process efficiently. Your responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities within mid-enterprise accounts and presenting Rubrik's solutions in complex cloud environments. You will co-sell and strategize with the direct field team, partners, and distributors to enable rapid growth. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback to Rubrik's management regarding local market opportunities and potential new business channels.
