KnowBe4 is hiring an Account Executive (SMB/MM) to identify and acquire new business within the Small/Medium and Mid-Market segments. This role focuses on meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-Market segments — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities these businesses face and can tailor your approach accordingly. You thrive in a competitive environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to build strong relationships with potential clients and effectively convey the value of cybersecurity solutions. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability in your role.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as it equips you with the knowledge to address client concerns effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies will enhance your ability to manage leads and track your progress. A background in technology sales can also be beneficial, as it allows you to understand the technical aspects of the solutions you are selling.
As an Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new logos within the SMB and Mid-Market segments — your primary goal will be to meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building. You will engage with potential clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and demonstrate how KnowBe4's solutions can address their challenges. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits of our AI-driven Human Risk Management platform. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will leverage campaigns and resources to generate leads and drive sales. You will also maintain accurate records of your sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that you have a clear view of your pipeline and performance metrics.
