What you'll do

As the Senior HRIS & HR Ops Analyst, you will be the primary system administrator for ADP Workforce Now and Lyric — your responsibilities include configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. You will process employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Your role will involve collaborating with HR Business Partners to provide clean data for critical conversations and assisting Payroll with necessary reconciliations.

You will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity across HR systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will help streamline processes and improve the overall user experience for HR staff and employees alike.
