Who you are

You have a foundational understanding of compliance frameworks, particularly in SOX program administration, which includes evidence collection and milestone tracking. Your technical ability to manage user access and maintain control libraries within audit management platforms like AuditBoard is essential. You possess expert documentation skills, ensuring that all audit work papers and process flowcharts are precise, organized, and complete. You thrive in collaborative environments and can facilitate stakeholder relations effectively, serving as the central point of contact for external auditors and internal teams. Your experience in audit operations allows you to drive departmental efficiency and streamline processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will administer audit systems by managing user access and maintaining data integrity within AuditBoard, ensuring a seamless audit environment. You will coordinate SOX programs by supporting the end-to-end lifecycle, tracking milestones, gathering evidence, and updating real-time progress dashboards. You will take ownership of audit documentation, ensuring all records are precise and organized. Additionally, you will facilitate stakeholder relations by serving as the central point of contact for external auditors and internal owners, streamlining meetings and communication. Your responsibilities will also include managing vendor onboarding, tracking timesheets, and overseeing team-wide scheduling to drive operational efficiency.
