InterSystems is hiring an Application Specialist to lead the implementation of the TrakCare solution. You'll provide application knowledge and product delivery services while liaising with customers to meet their requirements. This role requires expertise in application implementation and customer communication.
You have a strong aptitude for solving problems and using technology to improve processes. Your background in clinical or billing applications makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are comfortable communicating with customers to understand their work processes and requirements, ensuring that the TrakCare application meets their needs effectively. You are also experienced in conducting training sessions and product demonstrations, helping clients to fully utilize the application.
You possess a deep understanding of application implementation methodologies and processes, which allows you to deliver successful deployment phases. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TrakCare implementations, you are expected to prioritize customer requirements and communicate effectively with other areas of the business. Your ability to manage change requests and control implementation phases is crucial to the success of the projects you lead.
In this role, you will play a lead role in the implementation of the TrakCare solution, contributing to its successful and timely deployment. You will liaise with customers to understand their specific requirements and work processes, ensuring that the application is tailored to their business needs. Your responsibilities will include implementing the TrakCare application according to InterSystems' methodologies and processes, as well as conducting individual and group training sessions to educate users on the application.
You will also be responsible for delivering successful application implementation phases, acting as an expert resource for customers throughout the process. This includes managing change requests from clients and ensuring that any modifications align with the parameters of the product. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to ensure that the implementation process runs smoothly and meets all deadlines.
