Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. What you'll do

As a Value Architect at Samsara, you will play a crucial role in guiding enterprise customers through their value journey. You will partner with customers to identify their strategic goals and operational challenges, connecting these to measurable business outcomes enabled by Samsara's platform. Your role will involve conducting discovery sessions, facilitating workshops, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Sales Engineering teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that they can clearly see the business impact of adopting Samsara's solutions. You will also work with Product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and help shape the development of new features and solutions. Your insights will be instrumental in driving customer success and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the growth of Samsara's business.
