What you'll do

In this role, you will lead breakthrough partnership and innovation work for a large retail brand, collaborating closely with PMG teammates across various functions including strategy, creative, data, and brand media. You will serve as a senior thought partner to leadership, helping the brand stay ahead of trends in fandom, technology, and cultural storytelling. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing innovative media strategies that drive engagement and brand loyalty. You will work with cross-functional teams to create compelling narratives that connect brands with culture, ensuring that your initiatives are not only impactful but also aligned with the brand's overall vision and goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
