Handshake is seeking Logisticians to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide structured feedback. No AI experience is required, making this an accessible opportunity for those with logistics expertise.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in logistics or a related field, which equips you with the context needed to evaluate and train AI models effectively. Your background includes maintaining and developing positive business relationships with key personnel involved in logistics activities. You understand customer needs and take actions to ensure those needs are met, which is crucial for providing valuable feedback on AI outputs. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week.
In this role, you will evaluate AI models based on your professional experience in logistics. You will develop prompts that reflect your field and assess the responses generated by the AI. Your feedback will help strengthen the model's understanding of workplace tasks and language. You will work asynchronously, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the United States. As projects become available, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in various areas of logistics, contributing to the advancement of AI in your field. You will also learn new skills as you engage with AI technologies and methodologies.
