With over 5 years of experience in designing and operationalizing talent programs, you understand how to attract, develop, and retain top talent in an organization. You have a strong program management discipline and are skilled in performance management, succession planning, and career development. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with HR business partners and business leaders to ensure talent initiatives align with organizational priorities. You are adept at measuring the effectiveness of talent programs and continuously improving them to meet the needs of the organization. You bring a data-driven approach to decision-making and are committed to fostering a high-performance culture.
As the Talent Management Director at OpenGov, you will own the end-to-end delivery of core talent initiatives. You will design and implement performance management systems that ensure employees are recognized for their contributions and have clear pathways for career advancement.
