What you'll do

As the Talent Management Director at OpenGov, you will own the end-to-end delivery of core talent initiatives. You will design and implement performance management systems that ensure employees are recognized for their contributions and have clear pathways for career advancement. You will lead succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
