You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in software development, or 1 year with an advanced degree in an industry setting. Your background includes developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, and you possess experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture. You are proficient in C++ and have a solid understanding of machine learning infrastructure and distributed systems. Additionally, you have experience with data structures and algorithms, and you are familiar with large-scale data processing involving image, video, or audio.
As a Machine Learning Engineer at Google, you will work on critical projects that support the company's needs, with opportunities to switch teams and projects as the business evolves. You will build infrastructure and services that enable model quality and evaluation processes, ensuring that models meet the highest standards of accuracy and robustness.
