OneLocal is seeking an Account Manager to drive success for a diverse portfolio of local businesses. You'll proactively manage client relationships and conduct strategic business reviews. This role requires a customer-centric approach and experience in a technology-driven environment.

You are a customer-centric individual with a proactive mindset, eager to join an early-stage technology company and drive growth and innovation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to creating long-lasting relationships with clients. Your ability to analyze ROI and align solutions with evolving business goals sets you apart. You understand the importance of collaboration and are ready to work within a high-performance ecosystem alongside Account Executives, Implementation Specialists, and Digital Marketing Experts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of over 100 local businesses, taking full ownership of their success and maintaining a targeted net retention rate. You will regularly lead performance reviews with clients to demonstrate the value of OneLocal's suite of solutions. Your strategic insights will help clients achieve their business goals, and you will collaborate with various teams to ensure the delivery of impactful marketing solutions. You will be responsible for driving client satisfaction and success, ensuring that each client feels valued and heard.
