Amazon is hiring a Staff Pharmacist Per Diem to join their pharmacy team in Kent, WA. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and providing clinical guidance. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
You are a licensed pharmacist with a strong understanding of federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to document professional interactions effectively. You are committed to providing high-quality clinical care and support to patients, ensuring their medication needs are met with precision and care. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with healthcare team members and pharmacy staff to enhance patient outcomes. You are adaptable and can manage various responsibilities across pharmacy services, clinical customer care, and fulfillment operations. You are available for a minimum of two days per week, demonstrating flexibility in your work schedule.
In this role, you will implement and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and operational guidelines. You will evaluate prescriptions for clinical appropriateness, providing clinical guidance and support to both patients and healthcare professionals. You will participate in quality assurance activities, documenting all professional communications and interactions appropriately. Your role will involve working with other healthcare team members to support interdepartmental communication and workflows, ensuring that all processes run smoothly. Amazon offers a competitive starting pay for this position, ranging from $49.00 to $70.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
