Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer relationship management, ideally with experience in private equity or venture capital environments. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is key — you understand the nuances of working with LLC and PE-backed customers and can navigate their unique needs effectively. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Your role will involve training clients on how to use our platform effectively, guiding them through the implementation process, and providing ongoing support as they integrate our solutions into their operations. You will collaborate with internal teams to address any technical issues that arise and ensure that client feedback is communicated effectively to drive product improvements. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the strategic impact of fund CFOs, helping them manage their assets more efficiently. You will also be involved in developing best practices for client engagement and implementation processes, ensuring that Carta continues to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
