You have a strong background in sales enablement and understand the intricacies of go-to-market strategies — your experience equips you to effectively support sales and customer success teams in achieving their goals. You excel in content creation and have a knack for developing training materials that resonate with diverse audiences. Your ability to partner with senior leaders and enablement partners allows you to drive impactful initiatives that enhance team performance.

You are data-driven and understand how to leverage performance insights to inform your enablement tactics — your analytical mindset helps you identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that lead to increased efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success across the organization.

Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner — you are comfortable presenting to both small groups and larger audiences. You are proactive in seeking feedback and continuously iterating on your enablement strategies to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-growing technology company is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven sales tools — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with scaling teams in a competitive landscape.
