Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Digital Native Named Account Executive to drive customer adoption and create exceptional Internet-enabled experiences. This role requires strong collaboration with various teams and a commitment to customer success.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in technology or internet services — you understand the nuances of selling complex solutions and can articulate value to diverse customers. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, as you will be their primary point of contact for all things Cloudflare. Experience in a fast-paced sales environment is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. You may have worked with Fortune 500 companies or have a background in account management, which will help you navigate complex organizational structures and decision-making processes. A strong understanding of the internet infrastructure landscape will set you apart, allowing you to engage in meaningful conversations with clients about their needs and challenges.
As a Senior Digital Native Named Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption of Cloudflare's services across various sectors, from individual bloggers to large enterprises. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, including Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, and Customer Success representatives, to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding clients through the onboarding process. You will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success with Cloudflare's offerings.
You will leverage your sales expertise to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration. This includes conducting market research to identify new opportunities, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with customer needs, ensuring that Cloudflare's value proposition resonates with target audiences.
