What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the Legal Manager and provide comprehensive legal support to global and regional teams. You will assist in the execution of M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, and other strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also assist the Legal Manager with filings and administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the legal team. You will play a key role in supporting various departments, including finance, IT, and marketing, by addressing their legal needs and providing guidance on legal matters.
