What you'll do

As a Data Governance Leader at phData, you will take charge of data governance engagements from start to finish. This includes framing the problems your clients face, defining the scope of projects, and delivering tangible outcomes that enhance their data management practices. You will facilitate governance working groups and forums, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and engaged in the governance process.

Your role will involve standing up practical governance processes that integrate seamlessly into your clients' daily operations. You will coach client staff to take ownership of their data, instilling a sense of stewardship that promotes data quality and compliance. By leveraging your expertise in cloud data platforms, you will help clients navigate their data challenges effectively.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that governance initiatives are supported at all levels of the organization. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly will be essential in driving understanding and buy-in from both technical and non-technical teams.
