What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operation of AWS data centers, ensuring that all servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment are functioning optimally. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing reliable capacity for customers.

You will engage in problem-solving activities to address operational challenges and improve efficiency. Your role will involve monitoring performance metrics and implementing best practices to enhance operational performance. You will also participate in cross-functional projects that aim to optimize the supply chain and improve service delivery.

As part of the Infrastructure Operations (Data Center) Team, you will contribute to maintaining the physical infrastructure of AWS, ensuring that it meets the demands of a rapidly growing business. You will work closely with operations managers and other vital roles to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
