What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager for the DocV product, you will lead a team of 7–10 engineers, overseeing their work and ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will cultivate a high-performance culture, encouraging collaboration and innovation within the team.

You will guide the technical direction of the DocV product, making strategic decisions that align with the company's mission to build trust in digital transactions. Your insights will shape product strategy and influence the development of solutions that ensure the authenticity and accuracy of identity documents.

You will be hands-on in your leadership approach, actively participating in technical discussions and providing mentorship to your team members.
