Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build and maintain customer relationships effectively. Your experience includes working with enterprise clients, where you have successfully navigated complex sales cycles and presented solutions to C-level executives. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with various teams to ensure a unified approach to customer solutions. You are motivated by customer satisfaction and are committed to account retention and revenue growth.

Desirable

Experience in cloud communications or related technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with unified communications and contact center solutions. You are adaptable and ready to innovate, bringing creative solutions to business challenges. Your ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding existing accounts and channels while identifying new clients for Vonage's products and services. You will apply your sales techniques to engage with customers face-to-face, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the planning cycle. Collaborating with engineering and technical teams, you will execute account plans that maximize revenue potential. You will manage complete and complex sales cycles, often presenting to C-level executives, and will take shared ownership of customer satisfaction and account retention.
