Elastic is seeking a Services Operations Manager to support and scale their Professional Services business across the APJ region. You'll drive operational excellence and business insights while collaborating with leadership to improve performance. This role requires experience in operations management.
You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in the technology sector. You understand the nuances of managing professional services and have a proven track record of driving operational excellence. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to interpret performance trends and deliver actionable insights. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have experience in resource allocation and partner engagement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies and operational standards effectively.
In this role, you will report to the International Ops Director and partner with Professional Services leadership across APJ and EMEA. Your primary responsibility will be to shape strategy and elevate operational standards to deliver strong business outcomes. You will analyze performance trends, pipeline health, and partner contributions, ensuring that the Professional Services business operates smoothly and efficiently. You will supervise a Partner Operations Coordinator and manage the APJ Resource Manager, ensuring effective resource allocation and partner engagement. Your insights will be crucial in forecasting accuracy and improving operational performance in the APJ region. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough analyses on key business drivers and presenting your findings to stakeholders.
