Crusoe is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to support the CFO organization in driving financial planning processes and operational change. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in finance, particularly in corporate finance roles, where you've developed a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis. You thrive in environments that require structured thinking and problem-solving, and you are comfortable leading a team while collaborating with cross-organizational partners. Your ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously sets you apart. You are passionate about driving innovation and making a tangible impact in your organization.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of best-in-class financial planning processes, including budgeting and multi-year forecasting. You will work closely with the CFO and other senior leaders to operationalize change at scale, ensuring that financial systems and processes are scalable for Crusoe's rapid expansion. You will own the end-to-end creation of executive and board governance materials, ensuring alignment with market data and internal equity. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the maturation of the FP&A function, supporting the organization’s strategic goals.
