Trading212 is seeking a Contracts Analyst to join their Global Legal team in Sofia. You'll be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. This role requires strong academic background in Law and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
You have a strong academic background in Law and a genuine passion for contract law and its practical application in a business context. With at least 2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house role, you possess the ability to review and manage contracts across multiple jurisdictions governed by foreign laws. You are a self-starter who thrives in an environment where nothing is set in stone, and you appreciate the value of your talent and ideas.
As a Contracts Analyst at Trading212, you will be the first pair of eyes and legal owner of commercial contract reviews across the Group. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, such as vendor agreements, intra-group agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements. You will monitor contract lifecycles, including renewals and terminations, to ensure timely and accurate execution. Working closely with internal stakeholders across the Group, you will gather required information and ensure alignment on contractual terms and execution. Additionally, you will ensure that all contracting processes comply with relevant legal regulations, internal policies, procedures, and governance standards.
