What you'll do

In this role, you will own the recruiting process from start to finish, ensuring that you attract and retain the best talent for Ripple. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that align with the company's objectives. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and provide feedback to hiring managers throughout the process. Additionally, you will work on enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring that every candidate feels valued and informed. You will also collaborate with the Talent Acquisition leader to implement best practices and improve the overall recruitment process.
