With several years of experience in recruitment, you have honed your skills in managing the entire hiring process from sourcing candidates to extending offers. You understand the importance of aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals and are committed to providing an outstanding candidate experience. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and the nuances of their teams. You are passionate about building diverse teams and ensuring that the recruitment process is inclusive and equitable. You are proactive in seeking out innovative ways to attract talent and are comfortable using data to inform your decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the recruiting process from start to finish, ensuring that you attract and retain the best talent for Ripple. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that align with the company's objectives. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and provide feedback to hiring managers throughout the process. You will also collaborate with the Talent Acquisition leader to implement best practices and improve the overall recruitment process.
