Carta is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their EU Investors team, focusing on providing software solutions for Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Private Credit Funds. This role involves collaborating with clients to enhance their portfolio management and investor relations.
You have a strong background in software solutions, ideally with experience in the financial services sector. You understand the unique needs of Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Private Credit Funds, and you are adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively address their needs. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to helping clients achieve their goals through innovative software solutions.
Experience with ERP systems or financial software is a plus, as is familiarity with the private capital markets. You may also have a background in consulting or client-facing roles, where you have honed your ability to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions. As a Solutions Engineer at Carta, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Carta's platform can enhance their operations.
