Angi is seeking a Senior Analyst, Tax to help shape their tax function following a recent spin-off. You'll be responsible for quarterly income tax provision preparation and US tax compliance management. This role requires experience in tax analysis and collaboration with finance stakeholders.
You have a strong background in tax analysis, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the complexities of income tax provisions under ASC 740 and have experience gathering inputs from various stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively with external auditors and internal teams sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring compliance with US tax regulations. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Experience with SEC disclosures and management reporting is a plus. Familiarity with tax compliance management and working with third-party service providers will enhance your candidacy. You are proactive in identifying challenges and proposing solutions, contributing to the overall success of the tax function.
In this role, you will be responsible for the quarterly preparation of the income tax provision under ASC 740. This includes calculating the tax provision and gathering necessary inputs from accounting and finance stakeholders. You will assist with inquiries from external auditors, ensuring that all information is accurate and timely. Additionally, you will prepare management reporting summaries that provide insights into the tax landscape of Angi. Your role will also involve managing US tax compliance, working closely with third-party service providers to facilitate the preparation of income tax returns. You will gather PBC requests and review tax documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
