LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to build and optimize marketing campaigns aimed at generating pipeline and revenue. You'll leverage ABM strategies and collaborate with sales and operations teams. This role requires expertise in demand generation and campaign management.
You have 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, with a strong focus on demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) frameworks. Your proven track record of collaboration and influence across marketing, sales, and operations teams sets you apart. You are passionate about building and scaling marketing functions from the ground up, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive impactful results.
Your deep understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies allows you to create full-funnel campaign plans that align messaging to buyer needs and stages. You are skilled in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies to maximize pipeline generation and revenue. You enjoy working closely with sales teams to identify target accounts and coordinate outreach efforts effectively.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics platforms to measure campaign success. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
As the Senior Campaign Manager at LaunchDarkly, you will own the planning, building, and optimization of new logo campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue generation. You will implement and drive cross-functional adoption of account-based methodologies as a core foundation for all campaign activities. Your role will involve creating comprehensive campaign plans that leverage various marketing channels to generate awareness and demand.
You will partner closely with sales teams to identify the right accounts to target and enable coordinated execution of outreach efforts. Collaborating with Revenue Operations, you will architect and evolve scalable cross-functional processes that improve visibility, insight flow, and go-to-market decision-making. Your ability to participate in interlocks with Sales and Rev Ops will ensure that feedback loops are effectively utilized to enhance campaign performance.
