Who you are

You are a mission-driven seller with a strong background in sales, ideally within the architecture, engineering, construction, or operations (AECO) industry. You thrive in early-stage growth environments and are excited about bringing real change to the industry. You understand the unique workflows of design professionals and can effectively communicate how our platform can streamline their processes. You possess excellent prospecting and closing skills, enabling you to identify and engage potential clients who are a strong fit for Pirros. You are motivated by tangible impact and are eager to contribute to a company that is reshaping the AECO landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own your business by prospecting and closing new business with AECO firms. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage potential clients, demonstrating how our software can revolutionize their detail management processes. You will collaborate closely with the go-to-market (GTM) team to shape our product's market entry and influence the built world positively. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and presenting our platform's value proposition effectively. You will also track your sales performance and report on key metrics to ensure alignment with company goals. As a foundational member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape our sales strategy and contribute to the overall success of Pirros.
