Handshake is seeking Dispatch Professionals for an AI Trainer role to evaluate AI models based on your professional experience. This position is remote and flexible, requiring no prior AI experience.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in a relevant field, such as warehouse operations or logistics. You are comfortable working independently and can provide structured feedback to improve AI models. You are open to learning new skills and contributing to the development of AI in your area of expertise.
In this role, you will evaluate AI models by leveraging your professional experience. You will assess content related to your field of work and deliver clear feedback that enhances the model's understanding of workplace tasks and language. You will develop prompts for AI models that reflect your field and evaluate the responses generated. The work is flexible, allowing you to manage your hours independently, with an average commitment of 5-20 hours per week.
