SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Enterprise Account Lead to manage relationships with small and medium-sized business customers. You'll be responsible for onboarding, account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to develop engagement strategies.

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in managing enterprise customers. You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at developing strategies that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. You are proactive in collecting and communicating customer feedback to influence product development and improvements. You understand the importance of managing expectations and are adept at navigating complex customer needs. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small and medium-sized business customers and resellers. You will develop and implement a one-to-many strategy to manage customer relationships from contract signature through successful activation. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, providing ongoing account management, and ensuring long-term retention and growth of customer relationships. You will deliver impeccable customer service at scale, ensuring that all contract terms are fulfilled and that customers are satisfied with their experience. You will build relationships with customers to identify their requirements and manage their expectations effectively. Additionally, you will collect and communicate customer feedback internally to influence programmatic and technical development. Your role will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately contributing to the growth of the Starlink business.
