Affirm is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead the Card Platform and Experiences team. You'll set the vision for card-related capabilities and hire top full stack engineers. This role requires 15+ years of software engineering experience.
You have over 15 years of relevant experience in software engineering, demonstrating a successful track record in leading full stack and backend teams. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, allowing your teams to thrive in a dynamic environment.
