As a Junior Software Engineer at mthree, you will participate in the Alumni graduate program, which includes a comprehensive training phase at mthree Academy. During this training, you will learn how to design, develop, and test full-stack applications. After completing the training, you will join one of mthree's clients, where you will work on real-world projects for 12-24 months. You will collaborate with experienced developers and gain hands-on experience in building complex applications. Your role will involve writing code, debugging, and contributing to team discussions on best practices in software development. You will also have opportunities to receive ongoing support and salary increases every 12 months, with the potential for permanent employment with the client after the program.
