Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and creating happiness in the customer experience. You are adaptable and can work various shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. You are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' and contribute to a positive team environment.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers directly, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing support to customers as they navigate the car-buying process. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, further enhancing the Carvana brand. Your performance will be key to unlocking growth opportunities within the company, as you will be eligible for merit increases based on your contributions.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, potentially reaching up to $19 per hour.
