Overview

Bloomerang is seeking a Mid-Level Account Manager to expand business within existing accounts and drive long-term client success. This role requires strong communication skills and a hunter mentality to identify new sales opportunities.

Who you are

You are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the nonprofit sector. You possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a hunter mentality to identify and close new sales opportunities while also nurturing existing client relationships. You understand the importance of building long-term partnerships and are tech-savvy, enabling you to effectively demonstrate solutions to clients. Your ability to manage a pipeline and proactively generate new revenue from existing customers is key to your success in this role.

Desirable

Experience in the nonprofit sector or familiarity with fundraising platforms would be a plus. A background in sales or customer success can enhance your ability to excel in this role, as well as familiarity with CRM tools and account management strategies.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Bloomerang, you will own a quota-carrying role focused on expanding business within existing accounts. You will conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and demonstrate additional solutions that can enhance their fundraising efforts. Your role will involve managing a pipeline to proactively generate new revenue while ensuring ongoing account engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that clients receive the best possible support and resources.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, and helping them achieve success through the use of Bloomerang's powerful giving platform. You will track client interactions and outcomes, providing insights and feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be essential as you work to drive long-term client success and retention.
