What you'll do

As a Delivery Shift Manager Jr at Amazon, you will be responsible for managing a team of over 30 hourly associates, ensuring that they meet operational KPIs and cost goals. You will oversee payroll, shifts, and vacation schedules while maintaining a focus on safety and employee engagement. Your role will involve coaching team members to enhance their performance and instilling a culture of customer obsession and best-practice sharing. You will collaborate with internal teams to support the launch of new stations and design innovative delivery models. Continuous improvement will be a key focus, as you work to streamline delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency.
