Sr. Data Analyst

Who you are

You have over 4 years of experience in product analytics or data science, particularly in a B2C environment. Your strong product sense and intuition allow you to drive impactful changes in business and customer experience. You are skilled in designing, running, and interpreting experiments, ensuring that your analyses lead to actionable insights. Your expertise in SQL is complemented by your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering.

You thrive in environments where you can monitor and proactively troubleshoot key business metrics. Your analytical mindset enables you to surface issues and drive resolutions effectively. You are comfortable working with experimentation tools and methodologies, such as Sequential Testing and Bayesian testing, and you are eager to upgrade Earnin's experimentation stack.

Desirable

Experience partnering with Machine Learning Engineering teams to design and build models is a plus. Familiarity with advanced statistical methods and tools will enhance your contributions to the team. You are a proactive communicator, able to convey complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive strategic analyses that identify key opportunities to enhance the core product experience for Earnin’s customers. You will partner closely with the Product and Engineering teams to design and run experiments that inform product decisions. Your role will involve upgrading Earnin’s experimentation stack by implementing advanced tools and methodologies. You will also collaborate with the Machine Learning Engineering team to design and build models that are integral to EarnIn’s core product.

Monitoring key business metrics will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will proactively surface and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring that the product remains aligned with customer needs and business goals. Your insights will directly influence product development and customer engagement strategies.
