We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources team as a HR Business Partner, supporting Amazon Logistics.
The HR Business Partner is a hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Amazon Delivery Stations. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
This role will support our Delivery Stations in both Ravenhall and Mulgrave locations (Victoria). You will be required to work across both sites 5 days per week.
This role will also require interstate travel every few months. - 3+ years of human resource business partner or blend of operations and HR experience
- Experience as a human resource business partner or a blend of operations and HR
- Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting hourly employee client group
- Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in human resources at companies supporting 250-500 or more associates
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Payroll Systems or HRIS
