Tanium is seeking an Internal & Executive Communication Manager to enhance team engagement and communication across the organization. You'll be responsible for managing internal communication channels and creating new initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
You have a strong background in internal communications and are skilled at creating compelling content that engages team members. You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at building relationships across various departments, including Human Resources, IT, Legal, and Finance. Your proactive mindset allows you to propose fresh ideas and explore new approaches to enhance communication within the organization. You are detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity drives you to continuously learn and adapt to evolving communication needs. You are comfortable ghostwriting and editing communications for executives, ensuring that messages are clear and impactful.
In this role, you will own several company-wide internal communication channels and initiatives, ensuring that all team members are informed and engaged. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Internal and Executive Communication to develop new campaigns and communication strategies that align with the company's goals. Your responsibilities will include managing communication initiatives, creating content for various platforms, and serving as a subject matter expert for internal communications. You will also support executives by ghostwriting and editing emails, Slack posts, and scripts, ensuring that their messages resonate with the audience. Your role will involve analyzing the effectiveness of communication strategies and making recommendations for improvement based on feedback and engagement metrics. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of transparency and connection within the organization.
