You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a strategic mindset and a proven track record of supporting organizational effectiveness. With a focus on the Marketing, Channel, and SDR organizations, you understand how to align people strategies with business objectives. You have a strong ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing valuable insights on leadership development and organizational design. Your experience in cultivating a high-performing and inclusive culture is essential, as you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Rubrik's GTM organization.
You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with leadership teams. You are adept at translating business needs into effective HR strategies that support growth and performance. Your background includes leading organizational design and change initiatives that improve efficiency and accountability. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your HR strategies, ensuring they are aligned with the overall business goals.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with talent planning and change enablement. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a unified people strategy in collaboration with global HRBPs and functional leaders. You will translate business needs into HR strategies that support growth and performance, ensuring that the organization is well-equipped to meet its goals.
