With a focus on the Marketing, Channel, and SDR organizations, you understand how to align people strategies with business objectives. You have a strong ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing valuable insights on leadership development and organizational design. Your experience in cultivating a high-performing and inclusive culture is essential, as you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Rubrik's GTM organization.

You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with leadership teams. You are adept at translating business needs into effective HR strategies that support growth and performance. Your background includes leading organizational design and change initiatives that improve efficiency and accountability. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your HR strategies, ensuring they are aligned with the overall business goals.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with talent planning and change enablement. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of the business. Your ability to coach and mentor leaders will be crucial in fostering a strong team culture that attracts and retains top talent.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with the Americas Marketing, Channel, and SDR leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor and coach, providing counsel on organizational effectiveness, leadership, and culture. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a unified people strategy in collaboration with global HRBPs and functional leaders. You will translate business needs into HR strategies that support growth and performance, ensuring that the organization is well-equipped to meet its goals.

You will lead organization design and change initiatives that improve efficiency, agility, and accountability within the GTM organization. Your role will involve using data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness. You will play a key role in cultivating a high-performing, inclusive culture that supports the growth of the business and its employees.
