What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the strategic growth of the Everbridge Medical Assistance Global Network. You will oversee the vetting and onboarding of providers, ensuring that they meet the necessary standards and requirements. Your proactive support will be crucial in managing ongoing relationships with providers, focusing on performance and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Operations, Clinical, and Sales, to ensure that provider performance aligns with the company's goals. Your insights and oversight will contribute to the continuous strengthening of network relationships, enabling scalable network expansion.

You will report directly to the Head of Medical Network, providing valuable input to help shape the department's operational and strategic goals. Your role will involve regular communication with providers to assess their performance and address any issues that may arise, ensuring that the network operates smoothly and effectively.
