Targetbase is hiring a Client Finance Consultant to support financial reporting and analysis for client business. You'll collaborate with account leaders to manage client financials and ensure portfolio performance. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial management.
You have a solid background in finance, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation and reporting. You understand the importance of fiscal performance and are proactive in making recommendations for growth and improvement. Your experience includes managing client billing processes and working with contracts, ensuring compliance with accounting principles. You are comfortable with financial software and tools, and you have a strong grasp of key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive business success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with account and project management teams to achieve financial goals.
In this role, you will support the Senior Finance Director and Client Engagement by managing business financial reporting and analysis. You will collaborate closely with account leaders to effectively manage client financials, providing insights on current and trending business performance. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving client contracts and Statement of Work (SOW) pricing, as well as assisting in the month-end and year-end close processes. You will execute Accounts Payable functions, including invoice coding and vendor disbursements, and prepare financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, you will partner with account leaders to drive performance goals for assigned client accounts, ensuring healthy cash flow management and adherence to corporate governance.
