Overview

Unity is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and manage client relationships in their advertising business in China. You'll leverage your expertise in AdTech and mobile marketing to accelerate user acquisition for app advertisers.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in AdTech or mobile marketing, ideally with experience in user acquisition, monetization, demand-side platforms (DSPs), and mobile measurement partners (MMPs). Your proven sales ability allows you to manage a pipeline effectively, uncover growth opportunities, and close deals successfully. You possess business-level English proficiency and have strong cross-functional communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various teams. Your analytical mindset and performance-driven approach equip you with the skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance. You are experienced in client-facing roles and adept at navigating multi-stakeholder environments, ensuring that client needs are met and relationships are nurtured.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive new business and manage the full sales cycle for both the Aura and Grow ad platforms. You will maintain and grow client relationships while providing user acquisition strategy guidance tailored to their specific needs. Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and operations teams, you will deliver customized ad solutions that meet client objectives. You will analyze campaign data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify optimization opportunities, ensuring that clients achieve their advertising goals. As the first representative of the Aura and Grow team in China, you will contribute to the local go-to-market strategy, playing a pivotal role in expanding Unity's presence in the mobile AdTech space.
